Primal Scream Therapy

The Enteric Brain was not discovered until 1975. Since then there has been a tremendous amount of study devoted to this 'unknown' brain. The Enteric Brain or Gut Brain consists of the lining of the esophagus, stomach and colon. It has the same neurotransmitters as the head brain. It has more cells than the spinal cord.

As the cells in the womb begin to divide, this ancient nervous system is the first to form; it is called the Neural Crest.  This is the formation of life in any mammalian womb. 

The Enteric Brain is connected to the head brain by means of the 10th Cranial Nerve (Vagus)Parasympathetic in nature--Rest and Digest. This is important to know; even if the Vagus Nerve were severed below the heart and lungs, the Enteric Brain would still funnction normally. It is an independent nervous system; therefore it is very difficult  to treat using normal therapy methods.

INTESTINAL DISEASES

Humans are the only species of mammals that do not regurgitate on a regular basis. Instead, we take tonics, pills and other medications to quell the upset that in many cases become serious and life threatening. It is impossible for us to throw-up--it's just not polite, so we have to take pills and tonics--but we can do other colon cleansing routines, such as:

PRIMAL SCREAM THERAPY (PST) In my workshops I use hypnosis to get my clients mental focus centered on an event that was stressful; then at my command they begin to release the tension in the Enteric Brain by means of QUIET SCREAMING &SHAKING keeping them focused on "Stored Pain" in the stomach area. It's amzing how quickly these individuals get relief.  

Removing stress from the Enteric Brain is a wonderful way to control intestinal diseases. Along with medication you should be able to manage the disease. Prevent colon diseases by Primal Scream Therapy.

Pentacostal Religion ceremonies of entering Nirvana is akin to Primal Scream Therapy. Even the American Indian war dance is a great way to clean the Enteric Brain.

LOSING WEIGHT 

PST is an easy way to lose weight. Weight Loss is not achieved by Behavior Change. Rather, it is achieved by Belief Change.

Example: I have my clients do a ten minute meditation prior to eating. In this meditation they do five minutes of PST, along with chanting an affirmative using cheap necklace beads. Every bead they repeat the affirmative. 

There is something about the use of beads in repeating the Rosary. It creates a Belief System that is very strong. 

This is my Maine Coon cat. 'Blu.' He has the same Enteric Brain that you and I have. As a matter-of-fact 88 percent of our brain is exactly like his. All mammals have identical brains.
